I’ve been lucky enough to have Christy do two sets of headshots (both outdoor and studio) and two sets of family photos over the last six years or so. She has also taken all of my children’s dance photos for close to a decade. I used her shots for both of my novels. Her instincts are flawless and I trust her judgment implicitly - all of her compositions just WORK to make everyone look like the most genuine version of themselves. She’s a joy to work with - attentive, fun, and reassuring. Before Christy, I found professional photos to be intimidating; not anymore. Photo shoots depend so much on teamwork, and Christy is so skilled at establishing rapport (she’s the only person with a camera who has ever gotten a genuine smile from my son or my husband!) She is truly the best. I recommend her highly to everyone looking for a photographer.

What an amazingly perfect and wonderful experience we had with From the Heart Images From the start of the process, Christy was very responsive and patient as we worked through setting up our photoshoot. The process was so smooth and communication was flawless.

One of the best choices I made was to ask Christy to shoot my daughter's senior portraits. Before we even met, she consulted on outfit choices and recommended bringing personal items to enhance the photos. Upon meeting, she immediately put all of us at ease with her enthusiastic and calm personality and it shows in the images. We dodged the rain during the session, but you would never know it in the final product and we had fun in the process!
I will truly treasure these photos for the rest of my life and I can't thank Christy enough for her patience, kindness, and talent.

Christy is amazing at capturing your child's personality. My daughter hates to be photographed and she is very photogenic. However, Christy was able to connect with her and they had an amazing session. I love all the shots!
